How long does international shipping take?
International orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of purchase.
Are your CDs and Vinyl imports or local pressings?
We specialize in official Japanese imports and exclusive international editions. Each product page specifies whether the item includes traditional Japanese OBI strips and lyric translations.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will provide a pre-paid return label and issue a full refund or a replacement if stock is available.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the official release date. Once the item has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Do I have to pay customs fees on my order?
For international customers outside of our local shipping zone, customs duties and taxes may be applied by your local authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
